A venue-control layer for institutional market data. NEXUS separates exchange identity, ISO 10383 MIC mapping, provider routing and instrument-level availability so “covered” never silently means “live for every security.”

Registry coverage is not instrument coverage.

A mapped exchange means NEXUS can identify the venue and route compatible provider symbols. It does not guarantee that every listing has real-time entitlements, fundamentals, filings, depth, corporate actions or a current quote.

Listing control

Cross-listed instruments stay separate.

NEXUS preserves the selected venue, MIC, country and currency when resolving a security. A generic ticker match must not silently replace the listing selected by the user.

Source hierarchy

Identity, market data and filings are distinct.

MIC mapping establishes venue identity. Provider registries establish routing possibility. Instrument APIs establish actual data availability. Official issuer, exchange and regulator sources remain the authority for filings and legal events.

Reference standard

ISO 10383 semantics.

NEXUS uses MIC terminology in line with ISO 10383. For the current official MIC publication, use the ISO 20022 Market Identifier Codes register.
