NEXUS PROJECT privacy notice covering member accounts, newsletters, first-party analytics and data protection practices.
When a member account is created, NEXUS stores the supplied name, email address, password hash and account timestamps. Passwords are not stored in plaintext.
Newsletter subscription records contain the email address, selected topics, locale, subscription source and timestamps.
The current first-party analytics function aggregates page path counts and referrer host counts by day. The application code does not persist visitor IP addresses or full user-agent strings in the analytics store.
Member sessions use Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax cookies. Publisher-console data is separated from public account sessions.
Public pages may retrieve market widgets or NEXUS server functions may call external data and AI providers. Provider handling is subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
