By accessing or using NEXUS PROJECT, you agree to these Terms. If you use NEXUS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

NEXUS provides research, information, market-data interfaces, analytical tools, reports, APIs, account features and other decision-support services. Features may change, expand, be suspended or be withdrawn over time.

Enterprise, API, data-licensing, subscription, commercial or other written agreements may contain additional terms. If a written agreement conflicts with these public Terms, the written agreement controls for that relationship.

You must have legal capacity to use the services and must comply with laws and regulations applicable to you, your organization and your jurisdiction.

NEXUS content and tools are provided for informational, research and decision-support purposes. They do not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice, and do not create a fiduciary relationship.

Market, issuer, instrument, pricing, corporate-action, macroeconomic and reference data may come from third parties and may be delayed, indicative, incomplete, unavailable or subject to licensing and entitlement restrictions. Always verify material information before acting on it.

Some NEXUS content or analysis may be generated, summarized, classified or augmented by automated systems or artificial intelligence. Such outputs can contain errors or omissions and should not be used as the sole basis for material decisions.

Risk scores, scenarios, signals, NEXUS SUGGEST outputs, due-diligence checklists and similar features are analytical aids. You remain responsible for independent review, suitability assessment, approvals and final decisions.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, maintaining accurate account information and activity performed through your account. Notify NEXUS promptly if you believe credentials or access tokens have been compromised.

API keys, access tokens and other credentials are personal to the authorized account or organization and must not be exposed or shared outside the permitted scope. NEXUS may enforce rate limits, quotas, entitlements and technical controls.

You may use NEXUS for lawful research, analysis, monitoring, internal decision support and other uses permitted by the applicable service, subscription, data license or written agreement.

You may not misuse the services, bypass access controls, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, use NEXUS for unlawful surveillance, impersonate others, or use automated extraction in a manner that violates published controls, provider rights or applicable agreements.

Access to data through NEXUS does not automatically grant a right to redistribute, republish, resell or publicly display third-party data. Provider licenses and market-data rules continue to apply.

Automated access must use authorized APIs or documented interfaces and must respect technical limits, security controls and provider restrictions. NEXUS may block abusive or destabilizing traffic.

Except where otherwise stated, the NEXUS interface, branding, original research, software, report layouts, documentation and proprietary analytical materials are owned by or licensed to NEXUS PROJECT and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Logos, trademarks, market data, filings, news, prospectuses, public records and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners and providers.

You retain rights you lawfully hold in materials you submit. You grant NEXUS the limited rights necessary to process, store, transmit and display those materials solely to provide the requested service and operate the platform.

Use of a company, issuer, exchange or provider name or logo for identification does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

NEXUS may connect to exchanges, data providers, cloud services, AI providers, blockchains, social platforms and other third-party systems. Their availability, accuracy, security, pricing, permissions and terms are outside NEXUS control.

Links to external sites or documents are provided for convenience and sourcing. NEXUS is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices or security.

NEXUS may experience maintenance, provider outages, network failures, rate limits or other interruptions. Unless a separate written service-level agreement applies, continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

NEXUS may modify features, data sources, interfaces, limits and service architecture to improve security, compliance, reliability or functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NEXUS services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy beyond warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NEXUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the services, reliance on data or analysis, third-party services, or unauthorized account access. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims or losses caused by your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or misuse of credentials.

NEXUS may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, legal or regulatory obligations, non-payment, abusive activity, material breach or risks to the platform or third parties.

NEXUS may update these Terms when services, laws or operational requirements change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current public version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Mandatory law applicable to a user or contracting relationship continues to apply. Where a separate written NEXUS agreement identifies a governing law, forum or dispute process, that agreement controls for that relationship. These public Terms do not override non-waivable legal rights.
